Diet and beauty

Hello everyone.

I have always been interested in nutrition but over the last year I have been changing my eating habits to cut out sugar, wheat, soy, corn (all genetically modified) and processed foods. I have been trying to cook with and eat one ingredient foods (eg fresh tomatoes, not canned with added sugar, salt and those weird number ingredients). I believe all these additives in our food and the highly processed products are detrimental to our health and well being. Our skin and complexion, not to mention our internal processes reflect these nasties in our diet. Lack lustre skin, acne, premature aging, dermatitis are all signs our skin in under stress. This is a website I have enjoyed and believe is getting back to where we should be with our eating:
